The Offering
Each month you choose your quantity — one bag or two — of whole-bean coffee, 12 to 16 oz each, from a small roaster we've sourced directly. We don't pre-buy. Your order tells us how much to get, the roaster makes exactly that, and it ships. Coffee roasted days ago, not months.
Alongside each bag comes the story: who roasted it, where they are, what they were going for. Photos. Background. The craft behind what you're about to drink.
Our Model
Most coffee subscriptions buy in bulk and ship from inventory. By the time it reaches you, that coffee might be weeks or months off roast. We don't buy anything until the order window closes.
Once we know how many members are in for the month, we place the order. The roaster makes exactly that amount — nothing sitting in a warehouse — and it ships within days of coming off the roaster. Fresh coffee tastes better. This model is the only way to consistently deliver it.

A rideshare shift in Spokane. A podcast statistic about coffee shops per capita that pointed somewhere unexpected. The best numbers weren't coming from the places everyone talks about — they were in towns most people would never think of, with roasters who never needed to leave home to build something remarkable.

First Offering
We've found them, tasted the work, and confirmed they're in. The first roaster is already selected. Founding members get the full introduction — name, location, story, and photos — before the first shipment goes out.
Questions
We don't pre-buy or warehouse coffee. The 21-day window tells us exactly how much to order — the roaster makes that amount, it ships within days of coming off the roaster. It's slower up front, but it's the only way to actually deliver fresh coffee every month.
Yes. Cancel anytime in the billing portal or by emailing [email protected]. No fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
