Coming up
Not by reputation. Not by Instagram. We started with the data — coffee shops per capita, city by city — and found something interesting. The strongest numbers weren't in the obvious places. They were in towns most people skip over, towns with quiet scenes and roasters who never left.
From there it's fieldwork. We taste the coffee. We talk to the people making it. We confirm they can fill our order window and ship it fresh. If we wouldn't drink it ourselves, it doesn't ship.
We're not a distributor. We don't aggregate. Every cycle is one roaster, one story, two bags — roasted after the order window closes so the coffee arrives days off roast, not sitting in a warehouse somewhere.
Founding members get the first-cycle introduction — name, location, full story, and photos — before the first shipment goes out. Seats are limited.
