You may cancel your Local Famous Coffee subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fees. We do not require a minimum commitment period.
Cancel anytime in the customer billing portal — enter your email, open the secure link we send you, and manage or cancel your subscription directly. You can also cancel by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel" and the email address associated with your account, or use the portal link included in every billing receipt from Stripe.
We will confirm your cancellation within 1 business day.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive your monthly shipment through the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
If your shipment has not yet been dispatched and you cancel within 48 hours of your billing date, we will issue a full refund for that month upon request. Once a shipment has been prepared or dispatched, refunds are not available for that billing period. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].
As a Washington State consumer, you have rights under the Washington Consumer Protection Act (RCW 19.86) and the Washington Automatic Renewal Law (RCW 19.525). Before your subscription begins, you will receive a clear disclosure of the recurring charge amount — coffee at $50/month, plus a flat $5 shipping charge per shipment — and the billing frequency you selected (billed monthly, or prepaid every 3 months at a 5% discount or every 6 months at a 10% discount on the coffee portion). The $5 per-shipment shipping price is not discounted and will not change for at least 12 months. You will receive an email confirmation of your subscription terms at sign-up. If we change the subscription price, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance before the new price takes effect.
